MORE than 1100 Federation University Australia students graduated over 13 ceremonies throughout Ballarat, the Wimmera and Gippsland from 9 to 26 May. With 10 ceremonies at the Mt Helen Campus, and one each in central Ballarat, Horsham and Churchill, the University is delighted to host graduations throughout much of regional Victoria. The first graduation ceremony, for Education, Arts, Science and Technology students, was held at Mt Helen Campus and the final on Thursday at Regent Theatre, Ballarat: Education and Arts, TAFE.

“The graduation ceremonies are a highlight of our year and we congratulate all of our graduating students,” Professor David Battersby, Vice-Chancellor, said. “We wish them all the best in their careers for the years ahead.”

Honorary Doctorates were awarded to Lynne McLennan, Elizabeth LewisGray and Aunty Eileen Harrison.

The Vice-Chancellor’s Award was presented to Tracy Howard at the 26 May ceremony.
