Over the past few weeks, Scotsburn Primary School has had a number of visitors who are studying to be teachers join the staff at the school from the UK. They certainly loved spending time with the students and staff at and enjoyed the opportunity to experience many great things such as feeding the chooks and having a warm milo on a cold day. Recently Scotsburn Primary School held a Grandparents and Special Friends morning. They had a large number of people in attendance taking the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful campus, which was terrific. The students had a great time showing off some of their amazing work along with playing maths games, activities on the iPads and much more.
“Special thanks to all of the parents that provided the morning tea for our guests and most importantly, the many Grandparents and Special Friends that came along in support of the students.” In late May, Scotsburn Primary School had a very successful BBQ at Bunnings raising almost $1000 for their campus.
“A huge thank you to one of our parents, Marita Williams, for her fantastic organisation and tireless efforts throughout the day along with the many parents that assisted.”
